  • The right to request the limitation of their processing, in which case they will only be kept by TASC for the exercise or defence of claims.
  • Right to object to the processing: TASC will stop processing the data in the way you indicate, unless for compelling legitimate reasons or the exercise or defence of possible claims, the data must continue to be processed.
  • Right to data portability: in case you want your data to be processed by another firm, TASC will facilitate the portability of your data to the new data controller.

Possibility to withdraw consent: where consent has been given for a specific purpose, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent prior to its withdrawal.

How to complain to the Supervisory Authority: If a user feels that there is a problem with the way TASC is handling their data, they may address their complaints to the TASC Security Officer or to the data protection authority that corresponds, being the Spanish Data Protection Agencythe one indicated in the case of Spain.


Disaggregated data: Disaggregated data will be retained without time limit for deletion.

Client Data: The period of conservation of personal data will vary depending on the service contracted by the Customer. In any case, it will be the minimum necessary.

Details of subscribers to the e-mail feed: From the time the user subscribes to the time he/she unsubscribes.

User data uploaded by TASC to pages and profiles on social networks: From the time the user gives consent until the user withdraws it.

Details of applicants for traineeships or job vacancies: In the event that the candidate is not selected, TASC may keep the curriculum vitae for a maximum of two years in order to incorporate it into future calls for applications, unless the candidate states otherwise.

Data of users connecting to the TASC wifi network: The data will be kept for a maximum period of two years.



Web and hosting: The TASC website is SSL TLS v.1.2 encrypted, allowing users to securely submit their personal data through standard contact forms hosted on servers contracted by TASC to Dinahosting.

Data collected through the website: The personal data collected will be automatically processed and incorporated into the corresponding files owned by TASC.

  • We will receive your IP address, which will be used to check the origin of the message in order to provide you with appropriate legal recommendations (e.g. recommendations of lawyers and services from countries other than Spain) and to detect possible irregularities (e.g. opposing parties in the same case write to TASC from the same IP address), as well as data relating to your ISP.

When participating in promotional actions organised exclusively by TASC, the data you provide will be processed solely by TASC for the purpose indicated by TASC in the action statement.


Purpose: The applicant authorises TASC to analyse the documents sent to it, all content that is directly accessible through search engines (Bing, Google, Baidu, DuckDuckGo, etc.), the profiles maintained on professional social networks (LinkedIn, Xing, Viadeo, etc.), the data obtained in the entrance tests and the information disclosed in the job interview, with the aim of assessing their candidacy and being able, where appropriate, to offer them a position. TASC may use the duly anonymised data to compile statistics on the type of person who applies, with a view to publishing reports on this.

E-mail. TASC's e-mail service is provided using the services of Dinahosting.

Social Networking. TASC makes use of the US social networks Facebook and Linked In, as well as international data transfer services of an analytical and technical nature in connection with the Website, and TASC processes on its servers the data that users, subscribers or browsers provide to TASC or share with TASC through them.


Commercial services. Commercial services are provided through TASC by engineer Jorge Cimorra and his team.

Professional secrecy. TASC's engineers, technicians and consultants who have any kind of involvement in the services provided to the client are committed to not disclose or make use of the information to which they have access by reason of their profession. The information provided by the client shall, in all cases, be considered confidential, and may not be used for purposes other than those related to the services contracted from TASC. TASC undertakes not to divulge or reveal information about the client's claims, the reasons for the advice requested or the duration of its relationship with the client.

Documentary destruction. In order to preserve and guarantee confidentiality, TASC undertakes to destroy all confidential information to which it has had access as a result of the provision of services after 90 days from the end of the service to the Client, unless there is a legal obligation to retain it. If the Client wishes to keep the original or a copy of this information, he/she must print it out or keep it by his/her own means or come to TASC's head office to collect it before it is destroyed.

Provided that the User is not a consumer or user, and when there is no regulation that obliges otherwise, the parties agree to submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Madrid, as this is the place where the contract was concluded, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
